and rituals we have seen in our years of producing wedding
videos. Some are religious, some are traditions, and some
are just creative ideas from brides and grooms - like you.

share with other couples.
Trivia Page - A short list of multiple-choice trivia questions is printed and placed on the tables at the reception. This can be a great conversation starter and later in the reception, the answers are given to the guests. Light of Remembrance - Special candles are lit before the wedding in memory of one or more family members that have passed away. Butterflies / Doves - As the couple leaves the wedding site, guests release actual winged signs of love.

Party Themes
- Some receptions have included themes beyond the typical wedding version.
For instance, a Hawaiian theme with leis for every guest or a Halloween
theme with small masks for the bridal party. Flowers for the Ladies - At the end of the wedding, the bride and groom give a flower to every woman in attendance. Candlelight - Instead of carrying flowers, each bridesmaid carries a candle which is placed near the altar during the wedding. |

Longest Married Couple
- At the reception, all the married couples dance and by process of
elimination, the couple married the longest is given a gift and asked to
give advice to the new bride and groom.
