Double-sided, dual-layer, and Blu-ray Discs are a different rate. MiniDVD discs that are not finalized may have an additional charge.

MiniDVD Disc

This handy little DVD is only 3.15 inches in diameter. It fits directly into the camcorder and could record up to 30 minutes. The discs had to be "finalized" before they were compatible with standard DVD players. MiniDVD cameras were made by Sony, Hitachi, Canon, and Panasonic. There are also two-sided MiniDVD Discs and DVD-Ram discs which look similar.

Video CD (VCD)

This early home recording disc used regular CDs, but recorded video on them. The video is low quality and was eventually superseded by DVD.

Can you convert Blu-ray Discs and small DVDs?

Yes, we can convert both. In fact, we can also convert dual-layer DVDs (8.5 GB) and PAL DVDs/Blu-ray Discs.

How will you organize my video files?

We will name each MP4 file with a date, event, or whatever you like. We can take the information off the disc label or you are welcome to email us with a list of how you would like each file named.

How do I get the video files back?

There are two options. You can choose Cloud Storage or USB thumb drive. For Cloud Storage, we will upload your files to a secure location and email you a link so you can share and download them. Cloud Storage is the recommended choice, but you can also get a USB drive with all your files. My DVD isn't finalized. Can you help with that?

Mosty likely, yes. We can finalize DVDs and MiniDVDs from a variety of recorder manufacturers. Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Canon, and more can be finalized so the video can be played and converted. We also have the ability to read some DVDs and CDs that aren't finalized. Let us know what you have and we'll be happy to help.

What if my USB drive doesn't work in my smart TV?

Can I ship my order to you?

Yes. Place your order and get packing tips for your discs. When we receive it, we will give you an estimate and expected completion date. Need it done fast? Let us know your deadline and we'll do whatever we can to meet it.
