A sports recruiting video is designed to promote your athletic ability to coaches and organizations. Recruiting videos can be used by high school athletes who are going to college and hope to get an athletic scholarship. Videos often contain game footage of key plays, but you can also include skills video showing your abilities in the gym or in practice. The value of an athletic scholarship can far outweigh the cost of producing a sports recruiting video.

Here's a breakdown of what you get in your video:

  • VIDEO CLIPS: You choose the package with the number of clips you want to include. Though 25 clips is common, you can choose any package, or we can custom design one for you. Go through your video to select the clips you want to highlight. Write down the time code of the beginning and end of each clip.
  • FOOTAGE: The video footage you supply to us can be game footage provided by your school or footage recorded by parents. You can send us your footage using a service like Dropbox or Google Drive. You can also request a link from us to upload your files directly to us.
  • BIO PAGE: Each edited video will contain an opening title with key info about the athlete, including name, school, position, player number, class year, height, weight, GPA, accomplishments, and more. Send this info along with your video clips. We can also include a photo of the athlete on this screen.
  • ISOLATION EFFECT: In the editing process, we will add an iso effect to highlight the athlete's position on the field/court near the beginning of each play.
  • MUSIC OR NATURAL SOUND: Typically, we add professional background music to the video removing the crowd sound. However, you can also choose to leave all the natural sound. Just let us know.
  • ONLINE PREVIEW: We will send you a link to watch a preview of the video before completion. This gives you the opportunity to make small changes before the final version is made.
  • VIDEO HOSTING: We will host your video online for at least a year. You will receive a link to the video that you can share with anyone. You can also download the video file to upload to any sport recruiting video site.

First, gather the game footage or videos you want to use. Next, go through the video to locate the clips you want to use in the video. Using the time code of the video, write down the beginning time and the ending time of each clip. It helps if you include a brief description of what it is (shot from corner, run up the middle, etc). List the clips in the order you want them to appear. Once you have all your clips selected, send us your video and bio page info to get editing started.

You can upload the videos to a cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive. Another option is to contact us for a link. We will send you a personal link to upload your files directly to us. When uploading, be sure to stay on the same Wi-Fi connection until all the files are done.

Obviously, include your name and school, after that it is up to you. You can include physical attributes like height and weight, positions played, your GPA, awards, or other info. Remember though, they came to your video to watch you perform, don't put so much info that they get tired reading and don't get to the video action. We also recommend including a photo of yourself on the bio page, either a headshot or you in action.

That means that we will place your video on the Internet for you and provide a direct link for you to share. The video can also be downloaded from the same link allowing you to upload the video to recruiting sites. The link will be valid for at least one year.

Yes. The MVP package includes a preview video, but if you choose a package that doesn't, a preview video can be added for an additional fee.

SOCCER RECRUITING VIDEO - This video used a basic arrow to highlight the athlete in action. We now use more advanced graphics to show the player's position on the field.


INDOOR FOOTBALL RECRUITING VIDEO - This video was custom designed to include a stat scoreboard across the bottom. The common alternative is for this info to be at the beginning of the video.


VOLLEYBALL RECRUITING VIDEO - This footage was recorded by the parent. They provided the time codes they wanted to highlight. A stat scoreboard is displayed at the bottom.


SOCCER RECRUITING VIDEO - This footage was recorded by the organization. It includes a highlight arrow and basic opening and ending screens.
